About the Role

Our ideal candidate is purpose-driven, results-oriented, able to take ownership of how our products and systems operate, and be awesome to work with. You can take something from a mockup to production and all the steps in between. You must be an excellent team player and be able to contribute positively to our culture of iterative development, team collaboration and our fun, positive, professional work environment.

Compensation This position offers $130,000-$140,000 depending on experience, qualifications and skill set.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of five years experience developing web-based software
Strong understanding of Go and REST API design patterns
Strong understanding of MySQL and relational data modeling
Solid understanding of TypeScript and React (Next.js preferred)
Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures
Practices good software design (separation of concerns, composition, testability)
Able to take acceptance criteria and make it a reality from data modeling to the browser
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Fast learner & strong team player
Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions
Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Cloud computing, Amazon AWS
Experience with OAuth integrations and third-party API consumption
Experience with CRM or third-party platform integrations
Leveraging agentic AI tools in SDLC and IDE
Experience in Test Driven Development and Unit/Integration Testing
Familiarity with GORM and database migration tools
Experience with observability tools (Sentry, Prometheus, structured logging)
Agile team experience
Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines
Mastery of Slack emojis and gifs
