About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced RevOps Systems Admin to support and optimize our internal systems, with a primary focus on HubSpot. Experience with ClickUp and Chargebee Billing is a plus. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our business system architecture and automations, ensuring our systems run smoothly, data integrity is maintained, and our Customer-facing teams are well-supported in their technical needs.

The goal of RevOps at FMG is to achieve efficiency, alignment, and ultimately, high customer retention by looking holistically across systems and processes for areas of improvement. RevOps streamlines internal processes, makes systems and data structures more usable, and keeps customer-facing departments aligned.

Compensation We are currently offering $80,000/year; with the opportunity to earn a yearly bonus as long as company performance metrics are met.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

System Enhancements and Automation

- Implement system enhancements with a focus on automating processes within HubSpot.

- Work with the RevOps Business Analyst to build custom solutions that meet specific business needs, enhancing overall system efficiency and performance.

- Regularly review and refine system workflows to optimize operational effectiveness.

- Stay efficiency and scalability-minded when developing solutions, leveraging and building on existing architecture.

- Collaborate with the Integrations Architect to maintain Make scenarios, ensuring seamless integration between various systems.

Data Quality and Reporting

- Identify areas for efficiency improvements or data cleanliness in HubSpot and Chargebee.

- Create HubSpot reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and monitor key business metrics.

Troubleshooting and Documentation

- Conduct thorough investigations to understand the root cause of system problems and implement effective solutions.

- Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes and resolutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.

- Work closely with IT, HubSpot support, Chargebee support, and external consultants to diagnose and resolve system issues.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience with HubSpot is required.
  • Experience with Make, ClickUp, and Chargebee is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of RevOps processes and best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive outlook and flexibility in embracing changes and evolving requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
