About the Role

FMG’s Do It For Me (DIFM) program is our highest-touch service offering — and one of our fastest-growing programs. Clients who enroll get a dedicated marketing partner (FMG DIFM Concierge) who handles the execution of their digital content marketing program within the FMG toolset: monthly email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, and more, all built on content created by FMG’s in-house marketing team. The Marketing Success Specialist is a creative and resourceful individual who also provides support to customers and ensures an exceptional customer experience. This individual will have intimate knowledge of the FMG services and products. Your ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience through all your interactions with customers will be vital to your success.

As a Marketing Success Specialist on the DIFM team (FMG DIFM Concierge), you’ll own a book of business and serve as that dedicated partner for a roster of financial advisors. You’ll learn their businesses, understand their goals, translate our monthly content calendar into personalized strategies, and execute on their behalf inside the FMG platform. This is a role where strong digital marketing instincts meet genuine client relationships — and where you can see the direct impact of your work in real time.
