What We Do

We’re a marketing software company that serves small business owners, primarily financial advisors, and insurance agents. About 40,000 small businesses use our tools to build websites and send out our content. Generally, these businesses don’t have marketing departments but are growth-minded enough to know they need to market themselves. 

We help them do just that. We work together to create beautiful website designs, automated marketing tools, and award-winning educational content for them. The end goal is to help them build better relationships with their clients with less hands-on effort.

About the Role

Are you ready to take on a unique opportunity to lead the enterprise demand generation efforts for a mature, cutting-edge Software as a Service (SaaS) company that's revolutionizing the insurance industry?

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Large Enterprise Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts targeting large enterprises across the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry. In this leadership role, you will work closely with the enterprise sales team to design and execute demand generation strategies that drive high-value leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and contribute to revenue goals.

Compensation This position offers $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience, skill set and qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Develop and lead comprehensive demand generation strategies targeting large enterprise accounts in the P&C industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to ensure marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth and enterprise revenue targets.
  • Oversee the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, content marketing, paid media, conferences) tailored for enterprise decision-makers.
  • Partner with product marketing to develop compelling value propositions and messaging for key enterprise segments.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing tactics, optimize conversion rates, and scale successful programs.
  • Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions
  • Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
  • An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)
Sales & Marketing Alignment
  • Foster close collaboration with enterprise sales teams to support pipeline acceleration and account engagement.
  • Implement lead scoring, nurturing programs, and handoff processes to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales.
  • Provide marketing support for strategic sales initiatives, including RFP responses and enterprise-level presentations.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of demand generation initiatives.
  • Deliver regular reporting on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and ROI to executive leadership.
  • Use data insights to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic adjustments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a focus on large enterprise accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience aligning marketing and enterprise sales teams.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience using marketing automation and CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
