About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented marketer to own the demand generation engine for the Protection & Benefits (Agency Revolution) segment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for turning marketing strategy into execution across campaigns, content, webinars, social media, partnerships, and events — driving awareness, qualified leads, and new business growth. You'll manage the full campaign lifecycle from planning and copywriting through launch, optimization, and reporting.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building, launching, and improving marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, skilled project manager, curious adopter of AI, and data-driven marketer who takes ownership, moves quickly, and consistently delivers results. They are constantly looking for ways to use AI and automation to work smarter, move faster, and improve outcomes.

Compensation This position offers $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

Campaign Management & Demand Generation

  • Plan, build, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid advertising, social media, content, webinars, and events.
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle from strategy and copywriting through launch, reporting, and optimization.
  • Write, build, and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot while maintaining a consistent campaign cadence.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and campaign flows to improve performance.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign creation, content development, audience research, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Content & Messaging

  • Produce high-quality marketing copy for emails, landing pages, blogs, downloadable resources, webinars, social media, and sales enablement materials.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to business priorities and buyer journeys.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing leadership to ensure messaging clearly communicates customer value and market differentiation.

Webinars, Events & Partnerships

  • Own webinar execution from planning through post-event follow-up, including registration pages, promotion, hosting, reporting, and on-demand distribution.
  • Manage conference and event marketing activities, including campaign setup, pre- and post-event communications, lead management, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate partner marketing initiatives including co-hosted webinars, guest content, advertising placements, and shared campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and industry organizations to expand reach and create new opportunities.

Social Media & Brand Execution

  • Manage Protection & Benefits social channels, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and reputation management.
  • Partner with the design team to develop compelling campaign assets that align with brand standards.

  • Track and report on campaign performance across all channels with a focus on pipeline, MQLs, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Analyze campaign results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve performance.
  • Regularly review performance with sales and marketing leadership to align priorities and optimize results.

Marketing Operations & Team Support

  • Manage ClickUp as the team's project management system, ensuring campaigns stay organized and on schedule.
  • Perform lead review and routing activities to support timely sales follow-up and data quality.
  • Track marketing spend and budget utilization, ensuring visibility into campaign investments and performance.
  • Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions.
  • Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor.
  • An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps).

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, particularly working with independent agencies, brokers, or related financial services organizations.
  • Proven ability to run the full campaign lifecycle independently — from strategy and copy through execution and reporting.
  • Strong HubSpot proficiency (email, workflows, landing pages, reporting); experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content creation, campaign execution, research, and productivity.
  • Excellent writer — comfortable producing first drafts of emails, blogs, social posts, and sales collateral without heavy oversight.
  • Comfortable presenting and hosting live webinars and virtual events.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to pull insights from campaign data and translate them into action.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and calm under the pressure of competing deadlines.
