About the Role

FMG has an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Account Executive responsible for selling our full suite of SaaS marketing and communication solutions within the Financial Services channel. You will play a critical role in driving the Company’s next phase of growth by securing high-value, enterprise partnerships across the financial services industry. This role is focused on originating and closing strategic, multi-year agreements with mid-sized and large financial institutions—including broker-dealers, RIAs, banks, credit unions, insurance firms, and wealth management organizations.

You will lead complex sales motions where firms invest in FMG’s platform on behalf of their advisors, professionals, or agents—delivering marketing automation, digital engagement, websites, and compliance-enabled communications at scale.

Success in this role requires the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments, align executive priorities, and position FMG as a mission-critical platform across marketing, compliance, and operations.

Compensation This position offers $140,000-$150,000 depending on experience, qualifications and skills.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

  • New Logo Acquisition: Proactively identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities. Build executive-level relationships and create pipeline across target segments including broker-dealers, RIAs, banks, credit unions, and insurance organizations.
  • Strategic Account Development: Develop and execute account strategies for both prospective and newly acquired enterprise clients. Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities for expansion, increased platform adoption, and multi-year growth
  • Enterprise Sales Execution: Own the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, business case development, solution alignment, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution. Lead a consultative sales process aligned to each organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Account Targeting: Partner with Enterprise Marketing to develop and execute account-based sales and marketing strategies focused on high-value enterprise targets.
  • Quota Responsibility: Meet or exceed an annual recurring revenue (“ARR”) targets and one-time professional services (“PS”) goals, as outlined in Exhibit A of this agreement, by securing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Multi-Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex buying groups across Compliance, Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Executive Leadership. Build alignment and drive consensus across all stakeholders.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep knowledge of financial services trends, regulatory dynamics (e.g., SEC/FINRA), and competitive landscape to position our platform as mission-critical to enterprise operations.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in FMG’s CRM platform (HubSpot). Provide consistent visibility into deal progression and forecast accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to close complex deals, ensure smooth post-sale transitions, support long-term customer success.
  • Thought Leadership & Market Presence: Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to build credibility, strengthen relationships, and generate new opportunities.

  • Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
  • An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years in enterprise SaaS sales within the Financial Services industry, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting personal sales targets
  • Background in selling web-based, SaaS, and/or Cloud technology solutions
  • Solid understanding of the Financial Services industry, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage customer implementations of technology solutions
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives, coupled with entrepreneurial spirit and dynamic self-starting capabilities
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and programs, while maintaining a goal and results-oriented focus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to clearly write documents and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including both business and IT stakeholders
  • A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of making significant contributions both as an individual and as a team member.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a complementary discipline
  • Willingness to travel for prospect meetings and industry conferences to build and maintain relationships and explore new opportunities
